One of the most vital roles within any business to customer organisation, customer services requires a great deal of patience, integrity and the ability to keep your cool under pressure.
You may choose to work as a Customer Service Advisor, Customer Service Operator, Call Centre Advisor, Help Desk Operative or Service Agent. You could opt for a patient facing role in the NHS, a helpdesk position in a major retail store or work in a call centre. Career options are wide and varied. You may even work your way up to team leader or management.
You will learn about different types of customers, their needs, wants and expectations, and you will develop a good understanding of equality and diversity and legislation & regulations that govern the industry.

Customer service practioner L2 delivered over 15 months
The role of a customer service practitioner is to deliver high quality products and services to the customers of their organisation. Your core responsibility will be to provide a high quality service to customers which will be delivered from the workplace, digitally, or through going out into the customer’s own locality.
Customer service specialist L3 delivered over 18 months
The main purpose of a customer service specialist is to be a ‘professional’ for direct customer support within all sectors and organisation types. You are an advocate of Customer Service who acts as a referral point for dealing with more complex or technical customer requests, complaints, and queries.
