From front office to the gym, we offer a full suite of apprenticeship programmes.
You can gain an internationally recognised qualification, earn whilst you train and learn transferrable skills including good communication skills, problem solving, the ability to think on your feet, time management and organisational skills.
You could work as a Personal Trainer, preparing and delivering training programmes for individual adults, cater for a variety of needs ranging from older adults to athletes or help people wishing to train for a specific sporting activity.
Career pathways could include Advanced Fitness Instructor, Studio Coordinator or Referral Specialist. You might work with disabled people or the eldery, choosing a unique career path that empower and enables individuals to work on their health & wellbeing. Or you might want to be involved in the management of a fitness facility or operation. You would not have to be manager, but someone who has some supervisory responsibilities.
You will work on improving your own fitness and learn about the physiology of the body including the musculoskeletal system and how fitness can contribute to overall health and wellbeing.
