This course will help you develop your confidence, work on a research project within services for health & social care, increase knowledge of managing a team within a health & social care setting, understand the responsibilities for health & safety as part of the management role, set a positive example for others to follow, increase your promotion prospects and achieve an industry recognised qualification.
