Our bespoke 16-24 year old traineeship programs allows employer access to a fantastic pool of talented young people looking for opportunties to show just how good they can be. Our traineeship program enhances their employability skills meaning they are more job ready to sustain a work placement. We screen and organise interviews on the employers behalf making sure you only interview the most suitable candidates for your job specifics.
A traineeship requires a trainee to complete a 3 week work experience if they are 19-24, 6 weeks if they are 16-18.
Placements that can earn an employer £1k per trainee in Government cash incentives. That work placement we hope to transfer to an apprenticeship or job. If the traineeship work experience progresses to an apprenticeship as an employer you can earn up to £5k in Government cash incentives.
In addition to recruiting from our traineeship program we can also advertise your vacancy on the national apprenticeship service which can open up the role to older experienced candidates.
