Funded options include free courses for someone that is 19+ and unemployed as well as funding accessed through the advanced learner loans. Our commercial offers are both flexible and competitive, more information on all of these options can be found in our finances tab on the home page. Our courses not only provide new skills they enhance new opportunities with course enrolments happening throughout the year.

Booking Service now online for 16 and 17 year olds
The Department of Health and Social Care announced on Friday (24 September) that all 16 and 17 year olds can now book their first COVID-19 vaccination appointment online.
If you are aged 16 or over you can now:
- book your COVID-19 vaccination appointments online for an appointment at a vaccination centre or pharmacy
- find a walk-in COVID-19 vaccination site to get vaccinated without needing an appointment.
- If you cannot book appointments online, you can call 119 free of charge. You can speak to a translator if you need to.

Report a Safeguarding Concern
If you think you or someone you know is being abused, or neglected you should tell someone you trust.
This could be us at Distinguished, a friend, your tutor, your family, a social worker, a doctor, a police officer or someone else that you trust. Ask them to help you stop it, report it or make a complaint and remember that you understand abuse or neglect is never your fault.
Supporting people when concerns are raised about abuse or neglect can be very difficult and distressing for everyone involved. Deciding what's the right thing to do can be stressful, particularly if the person you are concerned about is reluctant to accept support. If you are not sure what to do you can always seek advice.
